ThermaSheet ThermaSheet Insulation Tile Backer Board - FIXING KIT for MOSAICS

Set of 2 fixings comprised of:

• 2 x Zinc M10 Phillips Drive Machine Screws
• 2 x T-Nuts
• 2 x Washers
• 2 x D-Rings

*Suitable for 20mm ThermaSheet

Fixings must be attached to the ThermaSheet before affixing your mosaics.

1. Make a hole through the ThermaSheet approx 8mm use a screwdriver or drill
2. On the side you are going to mosaic on, push the T-Nut into the hole
3. Slip the D-ring on the machine screw
4. Line-up the washer over the hole & insert the screw and hand-tighten
5. No need for a skim coat, glue directly over the T-nut, as it should now lay flush with the ThermaSheet board
6. It is advisable to cover the sides of the ThermaSheet with a fibre-glass mesh tape before applying the adhesive

Tile backer insulation boards are commonly used below under floor heating systems as they minimise any downward heat losses, however they can also be used in instead of gyprock wall boards, providing greater insulation properties.
