Radiant XPS Insulation board

Radiant XPS insulation board is a thermal insulation board manufactured from extruded polystyrene XPS foam. Boards such as this benefit from closed cell vapour resistance which is inherent in polystyrene providing greater insulation properties compared to traditional PIR or Phenolic insulation boards. 

ThermaSheet Tile Backer Insulation Board

Commonly used to provide insulation below underfloor heating systems, Tile Backer board helps to reduce downward heat loss increasing the efficiency of such systems. Tile Backer board can also be installed in place of traditional gyprock wall boards where the wall will be tiled to provide greater insulation properties. Manufactured from extruded polystyrene, Tile Backer board does not contain any CFC or HCFH compounds. 

Types of ThermaSheet Tile Backer Board Available

Curved boards – A cost-effective way of providing seamless curves in bathrooms and kitchens. Curved boards are manufactured from high-density extruded polystyrene which uses a specially formulated reinforced cementitious coating making it suitable for finishing in a range of surface treatments, including plaster and tiles.

Shower trays – ThermaSheet shower trays make short work of tiling walk-in shower cubicles and wetrooms. The tough surface coating provides an ideal surface for the application of tiles and makes it easy to achieve accurate falls over long distances. 

Wall Niches – ThermaSheet wall niches make it easy to create storage spaces in shower cubicles or wetrooms. Manufactured from a high-density one-piece polystyrene core, these ready-made niches come in a range of sizes, are easy to install and ready to tile within minutes.
