Sika® Primer-210 - Non-pigmented, solvent-based primer for metals

Sika® Primer-210 is a solvent-based primer, ranging from colorless to light yellow, that interacts with moisture to develop a thin film. This film serves as a bonding interface between substrates and adhesives. It is specially engineered for surface preparation before applying Sika’s single-component polyurethane adhesives.

Suitable Usage and Application:

Sika® Primer-210 enhances adhesion on various metals including aluminum, steel, and non-ferrous metals. It can also improve the bonding of Sikasil® sealants and adhesives. Users should consult the manufacturer and conduct tests on original substrates before applying Sika® Primer-210 to materials susceptible to stress cracking. This product is intended for use by experienced professionals only, and compatibility tests under actual conditions are essential to confirm adhesion and material suitability.
