Sikasil® WT-66 PowerCure

Accelerated window bonding adhesive

Sikasil® WT-66 PowerCure is a fast-curing, single-component silicone adhesive designed for securing insulating glass units or glass panes within window frames and for back-bedding tasks. Applied with the PowerCure Dispenser, it cures efficiently regardless of atmospheric conditions. This product offers accelerated curing, excellent resistance to UV exposure and weathering, and strong mechanical performance.

Benefits:

Sikasil® WT-66 PowerCure features rapid curing, excellent resistance to UV radiation and weathering, and strong mechanical properties. It maintains flexibility across a broad temperature range and is suitable for bonding windows classified under DIN EN 1627 burglar resistance classes RC 2 and RC 3. The product complies with RAL-GZ 716 part 2, table 3 (PVC and glass), as well as the ift-guideline VE-08/4, part 1, table A4 requirements.

Application:

Sikasil® WT-66 PowerCure offers strong adhesion to a variety of substrates including glass, coated metals, PVC, and more. It is designed for back-bedding and bonding insulating glass units into window frames, providing structural reinforcement to stiffen window sashes. Additionally, it is suitable for industrial bonding and sealing tasks. This product is intended for use by experienced professionals, and compatibility tests with specific substrates and conditions are essential to ensure proper adhesion and performance.
