Sikaflex-11 FC Multipurpose elastic adhesive and joint sealant
Sikaflex®-11 FC is a versatile, one-component, gun-grade adhesive and sealing compound, renowned for its permanent elasticity. This dual-purpose sealant is crafted from a unique moisture-cured polyurethane formula that accelerates curing time, making it suitable for both internal and external applications, in compliance with ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 12.5.
This polyurethane sealant/adhesive is designed for quick application with permanent elasticity, ensuring durability and performance.
- Exceptional adhesion to a wide range of materials including cement-based substances, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, epoxy, and acrylic resins
- Rapid curing properties
- Excellent resistance to weathering and water
- Bonds effectively to both new and well-prepared old Sikaflex 11FC
- Outstanding adhesion across various surfaces including brick, ceramics, and metals
- Fast curing time and high durability
- Resistant to abrasion and tearing
- Non-sag properties for vertical joints up to 30 mm wide
- Ready for use without mixing, non-corrosive, and can be painted with many types of paints (preliminary tests recommended)
- Certified for contact with potable water (AS4020-2005).
Applications:

- Ideal for flexible draught proofing, sealing containers, and ensuring sanitary conditions in various settings
