This advanced primer is designed for use on challenging surfaces, making it an essential choice for sealing concrete floors before the installation of timber flooring. It works seamlessly with wood flooring adhesives, ensuring optimal adhesion and moisture control.

• Effective moisture control on cement-based substrates with moisture contents up to 6% CM (approximately 9% Tramex / Gravimetric weight percent).
• Provides substrate consolidation on concrete, cement, and anhydrite screeds, as well as refurbished substrates.
• Enhances adhesion for broadcast mastic asphalt and effectively tackles old adhesive residues.

Coverage is approximately 10-15m2 per 4Kg kit, depending on the porosity and surface texture of the substrate.
